Is REVIVE really 0% for sellers, forever?
Yes. There's no commission, no listing fee, no monthly subscription. The buyer pays a small Buyer Protection fee on top of the item price — that's what funds the platform. You set your price, you get your price. Locked in for life
How is this different from classified apps or Instagram selling?
Classified apps and Instagram put the burden on you: vetting buyers, arranging meet-ups, chasing payment, handling disputes. REVIVE replaces all of that with a managed pipeline — courier collection from your door, payment held securely until the buyer confirms receipt, and disputes handled by us if anything goes wrong. You list or buy. We handle the rest.
What if a buyer claims an item isn't as described?
Buyers have 48 hours from delivery to inspect (72 hours for designer items). If they open a dispute with photo evidence, our team reviews both sides. Genuine misrepresentation = full refund and return. Buyer's remorse = not covered. Fair, fast, and documented.
When do I actually get paid as a seller?
Payout lands in your account within 3 business days of the buyer confirming receipt (or the 48-hour window closing silently). You'll see the full timeline in-app. 3-day payout
What is the Founding Wardrobe programme?
Twenty UAE sellers invited before public launch. Priority listing placement for 6 months, a founding badge on your profile, waived protection fees for your first 10 buyers, and direct input on features.
What categories are you launching with?
Fashion (women's, men's, designer, bags, shoes, accessories) and electronics. More to come after launch.
